Missing Subscription

If you've already subscribed to Tessie but it's not being recognized, here's what to do:

  1. Tap Restore Purchases on the activation screen.
  2. Try signing in with another email address you may have used previously.
  3. Search your inboxes for emails from Tessie and make sure you're signed into the same address those emails were sent to.
  4. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll be happy to help!
