iPhone, iPad & Mac Widgets

There are several widgets available for your iPhone, iPad and Apple Silicon Mac.

Add widgets to your lock screen

1. Press and hold down on the lock screen to edit it.
2. Tap Customize and select your lock screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Tessie to select and add a widget.
4. To select a vehicle or disable confirmation prompts, tap the widget again to edit it.

Add status widgets to your home screen

1. Press and hold down on the home screen to enable jiggle mode.
2. Tap + in the top left corner of the home screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Tessie to select and add a widget.
4. To select a vehicle, press and hold the widget to edit it.

Add control widgets to your home screen

With control widgets, you can control your vehicle without leaving the home screen.

1. Create a Shortcut.
2. In the Shortcuts app, tap ... to edit your Shortcut.
3. Tap the share icon and then tap Add to Home Screen.

If Tessie doesn't appear in the list of widgets

This is a known issue with iOS. To fix it, do the following:

1. Open Tessie.
2. Switch to a different app.
3. Add the widget again.

If widgets aren't updating

Apple limits iPhone and iPad widget updates to once every 15-20 minutes.
